Terms of service

These terms apply to every purchase from the Coat & Clipper online store. By placing an order, you agree to them.

1. What we sell

Coat & Clipper sells digital PDF playbooks, forms and templates for people who run dog grooming businesses. Each product page describes what is included. All products are delivered digitally. Nothing is shipped.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euros. Any VAT that applies is calculated at checkout based on your location. Payment is taken when you place your order.

3. Delivery

As soon as your payment is confirmed, your download link appears on the order status page and is sent to the email address you gave at checkout. Our shipping policy has the details.

4. Your licence

Each purchase gives one business a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the files. You may:

  • use and adapt the content inside your own business;
  • print copies and share them with your own staff.

You may not resell, sublicense, share, publish or give away the files or their contents outside your business. You may not upload them anywhere the public can reach. You may not use them to create a competing product. To use the content in more than one business, buy one licence for each business.

5. Not professional advice

Our playbooks are general, practical guidance and templates. They are not legal, veterinary, financial, tax or insurance advice. Policies, consent forms and agreements are starting points only. Check them with a qualified professional where you operate before you use them. Results depend on your business, your area and how you apply the material, and we do not guarantee any particular outcome.

6. Intellectual property

All content, design and branding remain the property of Coat & Clipper. Your licence does not transfer ownership.

7. Liability

As far as the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the country where Coat & Clipper is established.

9. Changes and contact

We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown when you place your order applies to that order. If you have a question, write to us through our contact page.
